Wash, Peel and chop cucumber

In a blender jar add yogurt, chopped coriander, chopped cucumber, mint leaves and cumin seeds powder, green chilli, black salt and pepper powder and 1/2cup of water

Now blend the all ingredients till smooth puree

Pour in serving glass and sprinkle cumin seeds powder in each glass

Lassi is ready

garnish with mint leaves and slice of cucumber

Serve fresh or store in refrigerator and then serve chilled

You can use ice cube if preferred
