  • 2 cupfresh mava
  • 1/2 cupkasa hua sukha nariyal
  • 1 cupkata hua kaju badam
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cuppisi hui chini

  1. 1

    Maide me moyan dal kar achhe se mix karein.

  2. 2

    Pani dal ke aata gooth le.

  3. 3

    Mava ko dhimi aanch per gulabi hone tak bhun le.

  4. 4

    Mava ko thanda karein fir usme pisi chini, nariyal,ilyachi powder kaju aur badam mix karein.

  5. 5

    Atte ki choti choti loiya bana le.

  6. 6

    Ek ek karke sari loiyo ko poori ke size ki bel le.

  7. 7

    Poori me 1 spoon stuffing dale aur kinaro pe pani laga kar fold kar le aur daba kar achhe se band kar le.isi tarah sabhi gujhiyo ko bana le.

  8. 8

    Garam tel me dhimi aanch per gujhiyo ko light golden hone tak fry kar le.
