Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 boxPillsbury Family Size Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cupCrisco Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 1 quartVanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 1/2 cupSliced Strawberries
  • 1 jarSmucker's Hot Fudge Topping
  • 1as needed Whipped Topping
  • 1as needed Maraschino Cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using oil, water and eggs. Bake in 13 x 9 inch baking pan according to package directions. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

  2. 2

    Cut cooled brownies into 20 squares. Place 10 brownies on individual serving plates. Top evenly with ice cream, strawberries and remaining brownies.

  3. 3

    Heat fudge topping according to label instructions. Drizzle over shortcakes. Garnish with whipped topping and maraschino cherries.
