Ingredients

  • 500 gmsFrench beans chopped
  • 2-3garlic cloves chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspajwain
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 tbspgrated coconut
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add the chopped french beans, green chillies, garlic, ajwain, haldi powder& salt. Add half cup water. Stir for few seconds & close the lid.

  2. 2

    Pressure cook until 3 whistles.

  3. 3

    Garnish with grated coconut & coriander leaves.
