Ingredients

  • 1 cup lal masoor dal
  • 250 gm kathal
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3-4 garlic (chopped)
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 4 green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tspmethi (roasted)
  • 1/2 spoon haldi
  • 1/3 spoon red chilli (powder)
  • 1/2 spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/3 spoon garam masala(powder)
  • 1-1/2 tbsp meat masala
  • 1 tbsp dhaniya patti (chopped)
  • to tasteSalt

    Dal ko wash karke 5-6 mint ke liye bhigo de

    Ab kadhai garam karein usme roasted jeera,methi, hing or garlic dale or haldi mix karein or low flame me 1mins bhune or fir 2 spoon paani dale or bhune jab haldi bhun jaye tab kathal dale or sare masala daale or tomato puree or salt daal kar 3-4 mint pakaye

    Ab bhigi hui dal ko salt dalkar pakaye jab dal pak jaye tab lethal ke mixture ko dal me mix karein or 5 mint pakaye

    Ab kathal masoor dal taiyar hai dhaniya patti se garnish karein or serve karein
