Ingredients

  1. 5Tomatoes chopped
  2. 3Onions chooped
  3. as requiredGarlic ginger
  4. 6-8Cashewnut
  5. 1 cupCurd
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tspDeggi red chilli powder
  8. as neededLittle haldi
  9. 250 grmPaneer
  10. as neededKasuri methi for garnishing
  11. For handi masala :
  12. 1 dalchini stick
  13. 2 to 3green elaichi
  14. 2bay leaves
  15. 2star anise
  16. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  17. 1/2 tspjeera
  18. 2dry red chilli
  19. (Roast all this masala and grind it your handi masala is ready)

Steps

  1. 1

    First take water in pan add chopped onions,Tomatoes,

  2. 2

    Ginger garlic along cashew nuts and boil it nicely when you find your tomatoes and onions r soft grind it and make fine paste of it

  3. 3

    In pan add this puree along salt,haldi and red chilli pow here I had used deggi red chilli pow for red colour mix it with all masala and cook in slow flame in between add handi masala along curd mix nicely cook it at least for 10 minutes and add paneer pieces in it and garnish it with kasturi methi
