Boil green peas and keep it aside.

Boil Onion and Garlic separately and keep aside. Cut the ginger into small strips and keep aside

Make a paste of boiled onion, garlic and green chillies

Put a pan on Gas and let it heat. Put some methi seeds and let it crackle. Add Kasuri Methi into it

Put the ginger pieces into the pan and saute for 1 min. Add the paste of onion and garlic, tomato sauce and mix well for 2 mins

Add the boiled peas into the above mix and saute for 2 mins in low flame. Add some salt.

Mix the milk powder into the milk. Make sure there are no lumps formed and it is consistent. Add it into the pan.

Add some sugar into the above mix.Add some water if needed and cook it in low flame for few minutes

Once cooked, add Garam Masala and remove from Gas. Your Methi Matar Malai is ready to be served with hot roti or chapatis or parathas.
