Ingredients

2 cloveGarlic (minced)
1/4 tspSalt (optional)
1 1/2 tspDijon Mustard
1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
2 tbspfresh lemon juice
1/2 tspsugar
5 tspred wine vinegar
1/2 tspbasil leaves (optional)
1/4 tsporegano leaves (optional)

Steps

Mix all ingredients together in bottle and shake well.

For a creamier texture, add all ingredients except for oil into a blender. Pulse several times to mix ingredients.

Put blender on high and slowly pour oil until mixture is creamy. Refrigerate.
