Defrost spinach - press out all liquid in colander

Heat butter over medium heat - toss in chopped onions, mushrooms, and salt/pepper to taste

Sautéed veggies until liquid has evaporated & onions softened

Purée (in blender) coconut milk, parsley, and celery
- 5
Pour purée over ground beef in a large bowl - add chopped spinach, coconut flour, garlic, measured salt/pepper, nutmeg, eggs (beaten), and mushrooms

Combine all ingredients by hand

Form mixture into patties

Fry in olive oil or cook on grill. Can add marinara sauce as topping if desired
