Ingredients

  1. To make carrot dosa :
  2. 2 cups rice
  3. 2 cupscarrot
  4. 1 cupcoconut
  5. 8-10red chillies
  6. 1 tbspLemon sized tamarind
  7. 2 teaspooncoriander seeds
  8. 1 teaspoonjeera
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For mango chutney:
  11. 1 cupcoconut
  12. 4-5 piecesraw mango
  13. Pinchasafoetida
  14. 3-4green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    To make carrot dosa soak rice for 3-4 hours, take all ingredients & grind it.Make dosas from this batter.

  2. 2

    To make chutney take all ingredients & grind it.Temper it with mustard seeds oil & red chillie
