First roast suji for 7 minutes and take it down

Now heat desi ghee in kadahi add mustard, cumin seeds,curry leaves, green chilli then add onion saute it.

Add green peas,carrot and salt and mix well saute for 5 minutes till it softens

Add grated coconut and saute for 3 minutes

Now add roasted suji mix well add a glass of boiled water
- 6
Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame upma is ready Decorate with coriander and coconut and serve hot
