Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 4 piecesOnion
  3. 8-10Garlic cloves
  4. 2 tablespoonsHoney
  5. 1 "Ginger
  6. 8 big sizeTomato
  7. 2 tablespoonsMustard Oil
  8. 1 tablespoonGhee
  9. Garam masala-Dalchhini,Cardamom
  10. 1 teaspoonJeera
  11. 2 tablespoonsCurd
  12. Malai
  13. 8 piecesKaju
  14. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  15. Garam masala powder
  16. Lime -juice half of lime
  17. to tasteSalt

Steps

1 hour fifteen

    First take a bowl keep chicken pieces

  2. 2

    Add salt

  3. 3

    Add Kashmiri red Chilli Powder,add lime juice

  4. 4

    Keep it for half an hour

  5. 5

    Next fry chicken pieces in mustard oil

  6. 6

    Keep it aside

  7. 7

    Now two teaspoon oil in the pan, add garlic add onion sliced add tomato

  8. 8

    Add kaju

  9. 9

    Add dalchinni add cardamom keep stirring add water boil next cool and blend in mixing bowl keep it aside

  10. 10

    Now add ghee in the pan add jeera add blended masala through the strainer

  11. 11

    Add curd mix well add garam masala powder add fried chicken pieces

  12. 12

    Add malai add salt add honey add kasuri Methi add kashmiri red Chilli Powder keep stirring

  13. 13

    Keep it for one hour in low flame

  14. 14

    Now delicious mouthwatering chicken is ready
