  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 2cupw Peri wrinkle
  3. Salt
  4. 7 piecesPomo
  5. 1medium Stock fish
  6. 2cooking spoon Red oil
  7. 1Onion
  8. 3 cubesMaggi
  9. Handfulleaves Scent
  10. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  11. 4 piecesFresh pepper

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the stockfish with maggi,salt and onion for 20minutes then rinse the pomo and pour in after 15minutes both are done.

  2. 2

    Add 2 cups of water and red oil then cover and allow it to boil for 8minutes.

  3. 3

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and add with salt and maggi cubes.

  4. 4

    Rinse the scent leaves and slice.

  5. 5

    Pour in the scent leaves and stir then turn off the heat.
