Boil beef and kpomo till tender. There should be little stock in the pot.

Add a generous amount of palm oil. Add crayfish, salt, knorr cubes and dry pepper. Stir and allow to cook for about 10 minutes

Add Sliced water leaves, cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Add ugu leaves, stir and check for taste. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Turn off heat and leave to sit for a few minutes before serving.
