Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 1 tspmustard seed
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1chopped tomato
  7. 6-7curry leaves
  8. 2 tbspgreen peas
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1chopped green chilli
  11. 2 cupwater
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast oats for 2 minute

    Add oil to hot pan.then add curry patta&mustard seed&saute him

    Now add boiled green peas,chopped onion& chopped tomato.stir fry 3to4min

    Add salt,green chilli,turmeric powder.cover the lid,cook for 2min

    Now add suji& roast for 2 min

    Then add oats& mix throughly,cook for 2 min

    Now add water to the pan.let it cook for 2to3 min.covering the lid.

    Now garnish with coriander leaves
