  1. 250 gmtomatoes
  2. 3onions grated
  3. 2 tspfennel powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. pinchhing
  9. 1 tspdry mango powder
  10. to tastesalt
  11. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add grated onion and spices and saute till leave the oil.

  2. 2

    Wast the tomatoes and hole in middle.

  3. 3

    Fill this onion mixture,

    Cover and cook till soft the tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Serve with paratha.
