In a bowl take half cup of hung curd and add 1 tsp Cummin seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp biryani masala,1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt and mix it well.

In this mixture add all the veggies and also add coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Merinate all veggies in curd and masala mixture.

In a deep pan boil 6-7 glasses of water and add 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp oil.

After boiling water add soaked rice in it and cook 2-3 minutes. If rice are half cooked then turn of flame and drain water.keep aside.

In a pressure cooker heat 4 tbsp desi ghee and add 1 tsp Cummin seeds, bay leaf,some cashu nuts and some whole masala's.

Then add merinated veggies,some fried onions and cook 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and mix it.

After 2 minutes make a layer of rice on top of veggies. Sprinkle some fried onions and again make a layer of rice.

In the top finally Make a layer of rice and add sprinkle some fried onions. Also add soaked saffron threads on the top.

Place the lid of pressure cooker (whissel remove) and cook for 25 min in low flame. For slow and safe cooking place a tava on gas stove and place the pressure on tava.

After 25 min our hadrabadi dum biryani is ready. Serve with boondi riata. And with mirch salan.
