Ingredients

1 tsp.Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
2 lbpork loin
1 cuppacked brown sugar
1/2 cupbourbon
1/3 cupapple cider vinegar
8 slicescooked bacon, diced

Steps

Mix spices and rub down pork loins

Place pork loin in slow cooker

Combine brown sugar, bourbon, vinegar and pour over pork loins

Cook on low, 8 to 10 hours

Let cool, shred, add bacon
