Firstly I take a deep pan and heat it pour a 2 tablespoon oil

Then add a all onions

When onions are become fry, and take out in the pan and keep aside

After that heat a pan and pour a little oil and add green chilli and onion

When onions become brown then add garlic paste, and tomatoes puree and mix well

Now add sabji masala and salt,and mix well. Now add fried onions and saute 2min. after that we add PALAK paste and mix well

Now add 2cup water, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it cook for around 8-10 minutes.now add 1TABLE spoon butter. Sprinkle some coriander leaves..

After that switch off the flame..

Now ready tasty and spicy in my way onion masala with PALAK gravy.

To serve roti or rice..
