Ingredients

  • 2 cupswhite matar
  • 2onion sliced
  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 cupfresh tomato puree
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tspkala masala for chana
  • 1/2 tsp kastoori methi
  • 3 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    White magar wash,soak and boil.

    Take a wok add oil put garlic saute add sliced onion saute till golden brown add all masala and tomato puree with ginger saute for 5 minutes.

    Add boiled white matar saute 2 minutes add water make a gravy.

    Cook and serve with rice, chapati as u like.
