Ingredients

  • 2 cupmurmura{rice puffed)
  • 1 cuppoha
  • Halfcup groundnut
  • Halfcup makhana
  • 4 table spooncurry leaf powder
  • 2 spooncashew nuts
  • 2 spoonalmonds
  • leafCurry
  • 1 spoonchaat masala
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1 spooncoconut powder
  • 1 spooncumin
  • 1 spoonturmeric
  • 4-5 spoonolive oil
  • to tasteSalt according

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add olive oil add cumin and curry leaf. Roast ground nut also.

  2. 2

    Now add turmeric and poha and roast it. Add curry leaf powder

  3. 3

    Now take a another pan add cashew and roast it.

  4. 4

    Now roast all the makhana.

  5. 5

    Take Roast almonds.

  6. 6

    Now in a pan add oil and roast murmura.

  7. 7

    Add curry leaf powder and salt and chaat masala.

  8. 8

    In a big bowl add all roasted things and mix them well.
