Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2peppers
  • 1 packUncle Ben's vegetable rice or other cooked rice
  • 1 packseriously strong cheddar cheese or other soft cheese
  • (Optional) 4 marinated pork loin steaks

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200 or 180 fan.

  2. 2

    Chop tops off peppers, deseed and cook in half.

    Fill peppers with rice.

    Add dollop off cheese on each pepper.

    Pop in the oven for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    (Optional) Pan fry pork loin steaks for a full meal whilst peppers are cooking. Turn halfway.

  7. 7

    Serve.

I love to cook but hate to do dishes. Ideal recipes taste delicious, are cooked in one pan and in less than 30 minutes. Although the occassional lengthy recipes for a weekend are lovely too.
