Kadhai me 1 tbsp ghee dalke roast kar lijie badam, kaju, pista.

Usko nikal ke kadhai me baki ka ghee dalke khajur ko saute karie achchhese se mix ho jai to usme roasted dryfruits dalke mix kar lijie.

Garam hi roll karke silver foil me pack karke 2 ghante ke liye freeze me rakhe.

Foil me se nikal ke cut kar lijie aur peppy seeds se garnish karein.

Note:- agar jyada sweet khana ho to powder sugar saute karte time mix kar lijie.
