Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 2 teaspoonpepper
  3. 10 podsgarlic
  4. 1.1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoon oil
  6. 1-2 piecesraw but semi ripe mango
  7. water just for covering the mutton
  8. 1/2 teaspooncumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut mutton into small pieces.wash it thoroughly.put in a pressure pan.put all ingredients(cut mango also in small pieces) above mentioned.cook for 15 minutes.open the pressure cooker lid after some time(after the pressure is subsided).heat it till the liquid evsporates.transfer it into a serving bowl.garnish with fresh coriander leaves and raw mango pieces.pepper mutton is ready.
