Ingredients

  1. To full the dish of Frozen Artichokes
  2. As neededCheddar chees
  3. As neededminced meat to cover artichoke
  4. Cooking cream to cover the dish
  5. Boiling water
  6. As neededtomato sauce
  7. 1Ts tomato paste
  8. 1onion
  9. 3garlic cloves
  10. Spice
  11. 3cardamom
  12. 1cinnamon stick
  13. Pinchcrashed Black pepper
  14. Mix spice for all kind food
  15. Dried cumin
  16. Dried coriander
  17. To tastemeat cube stock

Cooking Instructions

    Boil frozen artichoke in hot water with salt for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Add it in baking dish.

  3. 3

    1 onion with 3 garlic cloves minced it.

  4. 4

    Add oil in the pan then the onion and garlic mince until soften.

  5. 5

    Add minced meat until colour change add all spice

  6. 6

    Add tomato & tomato paste.

  7. 7

    Add meat stock.

  8. 8

    Until you can see the oil from sauce or sauce reduce.

  9. 9

    Add meat on the artichoke.

  10. 10

    Cover with cooking cream.

  11. 11

    Add cheddar chess on the to top 180 for 30 minutes.
