Sauté the rice with the oil and chopped garlic for three minutes.

When most of the rice grains turn white (make sure the garlic doesn't burn),

Add the boiling water.

Add salt to taste. Stir well with a wooden spoon to keep the rice from sticking.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat (if you have a heat diffuser, place the pot on it).

Your fluffy rice is ready!
