
Seafood Lasagna
Creamy alternative to traditional lasagna.
Steps

Boil noodles as directed.

In s sauce pan melt butter. Cook garlic for 2 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.

Whisk in half and half stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add 1 cup Parmesan,salt and pepper. Heat to just bubbling.

Add crab meat and shrimp. Heat to bubbling. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl beat eggs add ricotta mozzarella 1/2cup Parmesan and basil.

Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Coat bottom of pan with a small amount of the seafood sauce.

Layer 3 noodles in pan. Coat noodles with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Layer another row of noodles. Spoon 1/3 of the seafood sauce over noodles.

Repeat step 7 two more times. Tuck the top noodles down so they are covered by the sauce

Cover with foil and bake at for 45 to 55 minutes. 350 degrees

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
