1large potato grated
as neededCurd for batter
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspCumin powder
1 pinchBlack pepper powder
1/2 tspGreen chilli
2 tspFinally chopped onion
as neededGreen coriander

Mix all the ingredients in a karge bowl make a batter rest it for 5 min. Keep a side.

Heat oil in a pan pour the batter cook 3 to 4 min. Then turn inside. Cook well and serve it souce or chutney..
