Take a handi and put it on flame.add veg oil or ghee and add whole khara garam masala. And cooked in for two minutes.

Take a mixer jar and grinding the onion mint leaves and coriander leaves.and green chillies.

Add onion paste mint paste coriander paste green chillies paste and ginger garlic paste.and add salt to taste. And add curd.and cooked ten minutes on medium flame.

And add chicken and cooked ten minutes low flame.and add garam masala 1/2 teaspoon.

Chicken haryali is ready.put hot butter on it.

And serve it.
