First grind the soaked dal.

Take a large bowl add all the ingredients for poori mix well knead nice dough.

Keep aside for 15 -20 minutes.

Then make small balls and roll them and deep fry the poories till golden crisp.

Drain out on kitchen tissue.

For sabji:- peel the boiled potatoes cut into cubes.

Take a pan or kadhai add oil, fry cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds for a second.

Add tomato puree and ginger paste saute for 6-7 minutes.

Add all spices mix well.

Add 1.5 - 2 cup water.

Add potatoes stir well.

Add salt and simmer for 10 minutes then heat off.

Serve aloo sabji and bedmi poori (bedai poori aloo)
