Mix all the stuffing ingredients and grind coarsely.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes and then roll into gooseberry sized balls. keep that aside.

Grind the urad dal into a smooth paste.

Add curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, hing, pepper, salt, little water and mix well.
(The batter should be dropping consistency)

Heat the oil and coat the green peas stuffing with the batter.

Fry the vadas until it's golden & crispy and serve with coriander chutney.
