  • 1 tinMackerel with Tomato
  • to tasteblack pepper
  • 1large onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1scotch bonnet pepper
  • 3maggi taste maker or use what you have in house
  • 4 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt for dumpling
  • avacado

    Boil water for dumpling, mix flour and salt together with 1cup of water ,if need more water add lookin for stiff dough you can roll, place into boil water, when it float dumpling done
