Masoor Dal Tadka Masoor Dal Tadka
#WS#Week6#SweetAndSavoury#MasoorDalTadkaThe secret that makes masoor dal special lies in its tadka. A traditional Bengali style simple masoor dal or red lentil recipe gets a dramatic impact the moment ghee hits the pan.The tadka begins its wonder when chopped garlic comes in contact with the sizzling hot oil and fills the kitchen with a nice aroma. The spices then join to enrich the dal with aromatic cumin seeds, green and dry red chillies and colourful Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.Fresh herbs like chopped coriander makes the dal all the more flavourful.
