Heat a pan add oil and shallow fry the fish &keep it aside.

Heat a pan add oil add dry garammasala crackle 1 mints.

Add chopped onion stir till golden brown.add onion paste.stir.

Add garlic paste stir till aroma is outgoing.

Add tomato paste stir.

Add turmeric powder,redchillipowder,&jeerapowder.stir it 1 mints.

Add curd and sugar stir it &nicely cooked.

Add water and salt

When water boils add fish and salt.cover it 5 mints.

Add garammasala and corrienderleaves,a and green chilli.

Ready the curd fish serve with rice.
