Tandoori stuffed mushroom

Wash mushrooms and separate their stems. Peel onions, ginger and garlic. Grind onions and mushroom stems, make paste of ginger garlic by grinding both together, make paste of tomatoes too.

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera to it and saute, now add ginger garlic paste and saute it till light pink colour. Now add onion and mushroom stems paste and cook it till light brown in colour. Add dry masalas in it and mix well, now add tomato paste and cook it till it you feel oil is separated from masala. Switch off your flame.

Now fill this stuffing material in empty space of mushrooms.

Preheat your tandoor and keep a aluminum sheet on tandoor plate and grease it. Now place all mushrooms on this and spread rest of stuffing material on these mushrooms. Heat for 20 mins.

After 20 mins stuffed mushrooms are ready to serve.
