Ingredients

  1. 100 gflour sifted
  2. 120 gsugar
  3. 30 gmargarine
  4. 4eggs seperated
  5. 50 mlmilk
  6. 2 tspvanilla essence

    Chill the egg white,using a hand mixture, beat the egg whites to start forming, add sugar bit by bit, until the form thickens and becomes still.

    Mix milk with melted butter and vanilla essence, then set aside.

    Add yolk to the thick form as you continue beating.

    Then add flour bit by bit folding

    Fold till smooth

    Add melted butter mixed with milk and vanilla essence and continue folding.

    Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan.

    Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 min.
