Mix all ingredients of boondi batter, add water and make batter of pouring consistency.

Heat oil in a deep kadhai add ladle with holes,pour batter over the ladle and press with a spoon.

Batter drop down in kadhai in hot oil and and firm round boondi. Fry it with low flame.

Now make sugar syrup, put sugar and water in a vessel, bring it to boil.add cardamon powder.switthch off gas when it is in 1 string consistency.

Add fried boondi in sugar syrup.

Soaked 2..3 minute.

Serve it.
