Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 1 cupchocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 3/4 cupsheavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1egg
  • 3/4 teaspoonssalt
  • 3/4 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    In a medium bowl mix all the wet ingredients

  4. 4

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients

  5. 5

    Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray and divide batter into each one

  6. 6

    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
