Ingredients

  1. Dressing:
  2. 1/4 crice wine vinegar
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1/4 tspsesame oil
  6. 1 tbspgrated fresh ginger
  7. 1garlic clove, minced
  8. 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
  9. 2 cchopped iceberg lettuce
  10. 1 cmung bean sprouts
  11. 2chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded
  12. 1carrot, shredded
  13. 2scallions, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the dressing by combining the vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well mixed.

    Place the chopped lettuce, bean sprouts, shredded chicken, carrots and scallions in a large bowl; pour the dressing over all and toss well. Divide between 4 plates and serve. (210 calories/serving; GL=2, Glycals=6)
