  1. 1 (2 lb)pork loin roast, boneless
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. *2 tbsp honey
  5. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 2 tbspdried rosemary
  7. 2 tbspfinely minced garlic
  8. 1/3 cgrated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. 2

    Place the roast in a baking pan. Season evenly on all sides with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey and soy sauce. In your palms, crush and rub the rosemary over the bowl; add the garlic and Parmesan cheese and mix well.

  4. 4

    Using a spoon and your fingers, coat the roast evenly with the mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on your preference ford oneness (or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F). Let the roast sit under a loose foil tend for 5 minutes before slicing.
