Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Place the roast in a baking pan. Season evenly on all sides with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey and soy sauce. In your palms, crush and rub the rosemary over the bowl; add the garlic and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
