200 gmWheat flour coarse
as neededGhee desi
1 cupSugar
As needed Water as required
4Green caradomom crushed
2 TspDry fruits
4 tspMalai

Heat a pan add desi ghee.

Add flour roast it till brown.

Add water let it cook 5 minute.

Let it some dry.

Add sugar sir it.

Add caradamom.

Remove it from the flame.

Add malai mix it well.

Before setting add dry fruits.

Serve it hot or cold.as you like.
