Steps

Cut yellow Capcicum in round slice shape.

Cut green and red Capcicum in small strip shape.
- 3
Take one slice of bread and make a hole in it with help of steel glass.

Take another slice of bread and spread tomato sauce on it.

Now spread mayonnaise on it.
- 6
Now spread prepared leftover vegetable on it.

Now cover it with round hole bread.

Now garnish it with Capcicum as shown in image.

Now repeat the same process with rest of bread and vegetable.

Now cook it in butter brushed tawa from both sides till it tunrs Crispy and golden in colour.

Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and serve hot.yummy leftover methi sandwich ready.
