1 bowlsplit ndengu soaked
1/2 bowlgram yellow lentils
1 bunchfresh palak,fenugreek leaves,parsely,dhania
to tasteSalt
1 tspWhole cumin
1/2 tspchilli flakes
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcumin powder
1 bunchspring onions

Steps

Soak the ndengu for a few hours or overnight
2

Now grind everything with the greens into a coarse paste
3

Add the masalas
4

Now fry this on a medium heat till done & serve with a salad & chutneys
5

Serve as so
