Ingredients

5 (mins)
  • 3 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbspsugar (brown, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1-2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 3 tbspmilk (of choice)
  • 1 handfulchocolate chips
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a microwave-safe mug, mix together all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Whisk in the milk and oil until the batter is smooth without any lumps.

  3. 3

    Stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Microwave the mug cake for 90 sec (1min 45sec).

  5. 5

    Let cool for s minute or two and enjoy!

  6. 6

    Can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. (OPTIONAL)
