  • Pinchblack pepper corns
  • Pinchcinnamon sticks
  • Pinchfennel seeds
  • Pinchcardomon
  • Pinchstar anise
  • Pinchcloves
  • Pinchpoppy seeds
  • Pinchcoriander seeds
  • Buy all in one pack those mixed herbs
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspBenny spice

    Rub pork with oil

  2. 2

    Then rub with herbs spice and Benny spice for taste

  3. 3

    Mix with vinegar then place on greased pan then start roasting all sides

    Ready to serve
