Make a smooth paste with all dry masala in half bowl

Heat oil add cumin seeds....Ginger garlic paste...and this masala paste cook for 5 minute in low flame...now add potato....mix and add half bowl more water...cover a lid

Cook on low flame.....until potato get soft..and water remain very few in quantity

It's ready to eat now
