Warm milk until not so hot, then add in yeast mix and let it sit for 5 minutes

Then beat eggs, butter, sugar and salt into the yeast then start to add in flour while kneading with your hands. Add in flour until well all flour is done.

Knead very well. Grease the bowl with oil then put in the dough and let it rise in room temperature until it doubles in size.( One hour.

In a well floured surface roll the dough into 1/2 inches, using a doughnut cutter cut the uncooked doughnuts.

Heat oil for frying. Fry the doughnuts until well golden brown.

Serve.
