Ingredients

8 servings

1/4 cup (1/2 stick)butter
2minced garlic cloves
1/4 cupflour
1 can (12 oz)evaporated milk
1 canchicken broth
1/2-1 lbsausage cooked and drained
1 canwhite kidney beans undrained
to tasteSalt and pepper

Melt butter in pan over medium heat

Add garlic, stirring occasionally

Stir in flour

Gradually stir in milk and broth

Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil

Add sausage and beans

Season to taste with salt and pepper
8

Optional- serve with garlic bread
