Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 350 grambaby Potatoes
  • 1 handfulcashew-raisins grinded into smooth paste
  • 1 tsppoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tbspmelon seeds paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededghee
  • 1 tspshahi jeera
  • 1red chilli whole

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil and peel off the Potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat ghee add jeera and red chilli

  3. 3

    Now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add all the paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add red chilli Powder mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well
