Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 350 grambaby Potatoes
  2. 1 handfulcashew-raisins grinded into smooth paste
  3. 1 tsppoppy seeds paste
  4. 1 tbspmelon seeds paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededghee
  9. 1 tspshahi jeera
  10. 1red chilli whole

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and peel off the Potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat ghee add jeera and red chilli

  3. 3

    Now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add all the paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add red chilli Powder mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well
