Steps

Cut your meet to pieces

Wash and boil with some little salt and ginger.

Chop the onions into pieces,slice the coriander and garlic.

When the water in the meet evaporates,add some cooking oil, fry for two minutes.

Add the onions, coriander and garlic, fry till you get the golden brown color.

Slice the tomatoes and add in the cooking pot... This is after the onions are golden brown.

Stir the mixture... You'll realize a thick paste.

Add the pieces of carrots, some more salt and a cup of water.

Allow the stew to boil for 5 mins on low heat.

Serve while hot with ugali.

My ugali is not grade one, hence the color, but it's yummy.
